My company uses version 8.8.0.3010 and it works fine everywhere except at one customers site that is using a WiFi connection. At times it works fine for weeks and then it will fail after a few minutes. Is there a way for the two companies that have problems to troubleshoot the issue?

It seems that the problem is caused by the Internet connection that your customer is using. Advise the customer to use a connection through cable. This might solve his/her problem. Alternatively, it is possible to contact the developer on the official website for further assistance.
